Oh interesting. Certain cultures celebrate it even more than Christmas. I had a few sorority sisters in college from Peurto Rico with Cuban heritage and that was probably the first time I heard about it as an actual celebration. (I’m Catholic so it’s celebrated there in the religious sense — holy day of obligation — but we didn’t get presents etc)
