I gotta tell you, when fasting, EVERYTHING looks good to eat.

I made it 23hr for my first (watered) fast.  Wasn’t that hard and I’m certain longer fasts are achievable

The amazing stroganoff I made was a good finish line. Ground beef, mushroom, onions carrots celery, heavy cream and so much goodness.  And sirloin tips for those of us who need lots of meat. On white rice
