Do you mean a link to https://app.uniswap.org/pools? I'm not sure if there's a specific pool link. It's just a general place where pools can be created.

I guess the real question is - how are you calculating points? A specific pool or is there a way to just find all pools and you use that?

So, there's only one pool for Degen, which is the ETH/DEGEN pool on Uniswap v3. From there, I check who has minted new liquidity to that pool. The exact calculation can be found on Dune: https://dune.com/queries/3339314

I assume size of position is calculated from the V3 NFT in the user's wallet. It has everything you need right there.
