Do you mean a link to https://app.uniswap.org/pools? I'm not sure if there's a specific pool link. It's just a general place where pools can be created.

I guess the real question is - how are you calculating points? A specific pool or is there a way to just find all pools and you use that?

I assume size of position is calculated from the V3 NFT in the user's wallet. It has everything you need right there.

More precisely, when you mint a new liquidity position, an event is emitted detailing the amount of each token that you added to the pool, and I track that amount. Similarly, when you remove liquidity, a burn event occurs that subtracts from the liquidity.
