It's a day of all days, where shit is hitting the fan, and I'm in front. But there isn't time to dwell, the team chugs along like a machine. Today, I'm just surviving, tying a knot from my boat to another so I don't float away. Maybe tomorrow, I'll return to being the best augmentation I can be, this or that for my team, anything to help alleviate the anxiety and nerves that come with every mission. Today, the best I can be is present. And that's good enough for today.
