gm, just sharing some advice given how often I see proxy/upgradeable contracts nowadays. While these are awesome for deploying bugfixes (and an easy way to add new functionality), they're centralized to the point where they can work very much against you. If your smart contracts have an ability to disable use for any reason (or can be added via a proxy/upgradeable contract), you may be forced to restrict or disable certain functionalities at a contract level in the future. For example: your home nation/state may at some point, mandate full KYC compliance for ALL smart contract actions. If you have a proxy/upgradeable contract, or the ability to whitelist/blacklist addresses at the admin level, you can be forced to comply with any newly introduced regulations. Non-upgradeable, decentralized contracts with no (or renounced) admin functionality cannot be retroactively updated or altered in any way. Always build with the worst possible government and regulations in mind.
