Also when it comes to rewards distribution I think there's another interesting idea that uses the tools but in a more stacked deployment..

With announcement ahead of time ofc (like you're doing) so people can be interested, position in appropriately, etc.

Could do a % up front as Big Prize Raffle.
1 to the top 10
1 to the top 25
1 to the 250

Means if you're in the top 10.. you get a chance in all 3.

Then possible a weighted % to the top 10. Really gamify those who are at the top & really working for it.

Then a small amount spread evenly to all 250, for participating, holding, ranking on the leaderboard.
