Pretty disappointed that I let myself get to this point tbh, I was in a great rhythm for a while and just completely fell off One of my biggest mistakes was convincing myself that itās fine because the number on the scale wasnāt changing much when in reality I was slowly losing muscle for fat And then I was traveling a bit and kept saying āIāll get back in the gym after this tripā over and over again but there was always some excuse for why my schedule that week wasnāt āregularā enough to restart Posting this for accountability and to share how Iām feeling in this moment. Iām done thinking of fitness as a āstreakā that can easily be broken, itās a lifestyle and a mindset and itās time that I embrace that for the long run.
