hiring was the first big stressful thing on the company side for me, bryce has done a good job making the legal, admin stuff less daunting 

but looking around, hiring has gone well - it has been much more natural a process than I expected, so I've started thinking a lot about management instead 

please drop resource recs on "becoming a better leader, manager" if you have them, trying to level up in 2025 without coming off like this

Wooden or The Score Takes Care of Itself

Wooden much easier to get through from a time standpoint and the way it is written. Not just about leadership, great book for life too.
