Wouldn’t be the first time, honestly gets unlistenable sometimes when they are discussing things they don’t really have a full grasp on, usually Ethereum related.

I don’t understand the all the hubbub about them dropping the futures etf. I don’t remember Grayscale even having a futures BTC etf when the sued the SEC last time. And with Consensus now suing the SEC I can’t understand why they would pull the resources from a futures eth etf when there are already 3 out there.

Yeah I don’t get it either. I heard a take about the eth futures and eth spot needing to be identical (ie from the same issuer) so that greyscale can’t sue for their spot getting denied and point to someone else’s futures etf approval in their defense. I’ve thought all along that someone else would sue anyway.
