Guys, grayscale pulled the Eth futures ETF not the spot ETF.

Haven’t listened yet. Did they confuse this?

I think so, unless I’m missing something.

I don’t understand the all the hubbub about them dropping the futures etf.  I don’t remember Grayscale even having a futures BTC etf when the sued the SEC last time. And with Consensus now suing the SEC I can’t understand why they would pull the resources from a futures eth etf when there are already 3 out there.

In the moment I sometimes shake my head, but I love these guys. They always give their honest opinion, they don’t  shill anything, and we never had to listen to garbage FTX ads.

Wouldn’t be the first time, honestly gets unlistenable sometimes when they are discussing things they don’t really have a full grasp on, usually Ethereum related.
