Today I made a gastronomic sin ๐Ÿซฃ I prepared โ€œGenoveseโ€ that is not the more popular Genovese Pesto that is from Liguria region, but itโ€™s a Neapolitan Genovese. Preparation is very easy but the cook time is very long. You need only Onions and beef muscles, a little of tomato concentrate paste. Let goes the beef in EVoil until it turns brown. After that add the onions, a lot of onions, millions of onions ๐Ÿ˜‚ So lower the fire at the minimum and let go for at least 4 hours. Donโ€™t add water because onion will release a lot of liquids. Result is out of this world ๐Ÿซฃ๐Ÿ˜… If you want to do it just search: Neapolitan Genovese on Google ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yeah thatโ€™s also very good. I love pesto. The Genovese from Napoli is a completely different dish ๐Ÿ˜…
