Plan for /toc as channel updates roll out this week:

- TOC @hypersub gated which will override the "liked cast" default for adding members. There's ~100 of you subscribed so that should be a good start.

-  To bring new people into the channel, I'll be onboarding about 5 casters / week by gifting them a month of the hypersub. They'll get added to our token gated WC chat and hopefully will be welcomed by the others. If they enjoy and resubscribe, big W.

- Current community members can refer anyone in the chat as well. Requirements will be similar to who gets boosted (less than 10k followers).

Anything else I should be thinking about?

Last night on /latenightcrew we had a "channel mastermind". A few of us were discussing strategies on how we're going to manage & grow our channels.

Looks different for creators /toc, location based /new-york, product /event-pass, etc

If anyone has ideas on how they're thinking about their channel, would love to read

For /latenightcrew the 4 co-hosts will be inviting anyone who has come up to the stage in the past few months.

That should be a good enough start and over the next few weeks hopefully that incentivizes others to come up and speak!
