2 largest product mistakes i made when starting supercast:
- not starting on mobile
- not investing more in really good push notifications

in hindsight, supercast wouldn't be where it is if i didn't cut these (and other) corners, but i'd solve these first if i were to build a farcaster client from scratch again

Focusing on those exact 2 things with the terminal ✅ 

Still trying to figure out how to make the experience way better, but it’s clear to me that the daily notifications have been a big W for the product so far
