Yeah it’s on my fridge, so I’d have to get up, which is enough to break the habit.

Even if I was close by, there’s a feeling of impending shame if I unbrick myself to waste time on socials, which again is enough to break the habit.

Screen limits didn’t work for me, too quick to ignore.

Do you put the block in another room or something? Otherwise I feel like it’d be similar to screen limits

Got one awhile back but didn’t stick for me, need to try it again and commit
