How do people deal with nihilistic thoughts (basically nothing seems meaningful)?

I do it by realizing that subjective meaning (that which we create)> objective meaning. Then think about what would be a good happy life for you and set about it. Don’t need external validation so much. Also Cameron mentioned but Camus is the master of existential cope. Resistance Rebellion and Death is 🀌🏻

@yashika For me personally, close friends and family do the most to negate existential absurdity. The richer your human connections, the more difficult it becomes to relate to existential despair at all. Hopefully by the time I’m old enough where everybody starts dying I’ll be sufficiently zen for that stage πŸ˜…

Haha all things considered so far so good! I do think that being comfortable w/change is going to become increasingly important due to pace of technological change Traditionally a challenge for folks as they age, I think getting better at this will be a must.
