In business point of view AI can make more accurate and objective decisions than humans by removing biases and emotions. This leads to more trust in the decision-making process and AI makes predictions by analysing the data this leads to more transparent decisions by providing the reasoning behind the prediction.

You raise a valid concern about the potential biases in AI due to its training data. However, there are several ways to mitigate this issue, such as using diverse and representative training data and implementing fairness and bias mitigation techniques.

This view seems to assume much more understandability than I think we can ask from LLMs.
They are trained on the biases present on the internet.
