Interesting. Whose treasury you mean here--you mean a VC initiative within a protocol's Foundation for example? For trad VC structures, allocations into common vs public goods may make more sense. Unlike public goods (e.g. air), common goods are rivalrous (blockspace, fish in a pond)--demand drives price/profits
