All above I've done and my HRV hasn't moved much. Taking rest days does a lot. Done chill day with walk in nature and it went high. https://warpcast.com/yangwao/0x86c876bb

Garmin Enduro 2. Why? Red light on hand and 51 days of battery life. I don't need to think of charging at all and light. Newer have Elevate v5 sensor which is even more precise. More science in video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-KFL_drbuw
