Lately it’s been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

Garmin coach usually recommend 5-15 min in zone 2, depending on outside temperature before any serious workout. Warmup is underrated. For me it works when I do a 15min bike before I can do 4km rowing.
