Traditional Ukrainian syrnyky (cheese pancakes)

You’ll need: 
🔹1 pack of cottage cheese 
🔸2 eggs 
🔹2-3 spoons of flour (I prefer to add the rice flour)
🔸some raisins (if you like them)
🔹Some sugar (to taste, I don’t add too much)
🔸some vanilla 
🔹some oil for frying 

✔️Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth dough, form small balls, and then with the help of a glass  or a knife give them a form as in the picture and fry them on the frying pan with a little oil.
✔️You can serve syrnyky with sour cream, honey, fruit or berries or anything else you like
