Does anyone have a good source for the latest regulatory situation in Spain for the tokenization of RWA?

Hi, Vinai. What kind of RWA? Real estate?. Roughly speaking on Spain we have the Financial Services Law (if it is a security), MiCA and the Pilot Regime. However, depending on the asset to be tokenised there are specific laws to be considered.

It's a food manufacturing unit/factory based in the Madrid area - guess it would fit under industrial real estate? Or alternatively it is legal for a foreign LLC to own a physical asset like this in Spain?
