Both TVL (-7.66%) and stablecoin TVL (-1.26%) also fell as there was a significant outflow of liquidity from the chain. Even so, revenue (+50.92%) and onchain profit (+48.47%) both surged, buoyed by a spike in gas fees. L1 SettlementData: Paid to L1 also increased almost threefold (+193.58%), indicating increasing settlement activity with Ethereum. Transaction cost doubled but still very cheap in comparison.

The rise in transactions per user shows that people are using the chain more. It's not about the number of users but the activity level.
