Please bear with me, I might not be able to approve all these requests very quickly! There's already nearly a hundred requests and I really insist on checking everybody's profile before approving. I don't want spammers/bots/farmers being members

I'm a bit worried though about hypersub gating keeping out people who can't afford but would contribute valuable casts.

Also wanted to ask how's it going looking at people's profiles right now, Warpcast is hiding lots of casts from folks home feed, are you using another client to check?

And moderation is absolutely insane. Every couple hours there's a few hundred new requests to join. We've been approving everybody with the intent of moderating in the other direction, that is to say removing memberships of bad actors once they reveal themselves on the timeline.

Sounds like an excellent plan. Trust people until they prove themselves otherwise 🖤
