Harvested as many seeds as I could, it wasn't horribly difficult to seperate but there are still some little bits, it will be a small jar of mustard!

This year I tried stomping on them inside a pillow cover, worked ok but there are probably better methods. I want to use them to grow sprouts / microgreens in the winter.

As I was harvesting them I noticed that if I broke them up a bit as I was pulling them off the stalk and into the bag they would separate and the seeds morltlt sunk to the bottom. After that I was able to remove the top layer and shake, repeat. The last step was a bit painstaking though. If you are using them for seed you don't need to worry about having a bit of the husk though!
