I got those messages yesterday, tried again today and still getting them... Hello @giveth I will fill the form. But I'm concerned about the regen multipliers, do they get counted directly from the chain tx or it's via API?

Made some more donations today. Seems the problem happens when I use mobile wallet (either directly or via wallet connect on the desktop). The donations I did with the desktop wallet were fine. I tried one more on the mobile today and got the error message. It shows in the dashboard as "pending", will check later if it gets recorded.

Click send report and it will get added 100% 

You should see it as a donation to the project in various places on the dapp.
