it really isn't "oh my god the food in Europe is so good"

it is "the food in America is so bad"

what's even more insane is how this "healthy food premium" is de facto accepted by people in the US instead of pushing for a change at the incentive level.

Just reflecting on my last few days home as I board the airplane for San Francisco.

I ate a lot, lost weight, never felt groggy or food coma, total mirror of my USA diet experience.
