Happy to chat about app.fractalframework.xyz. We're built on Safe multisig and Snapshot to make onboarding to decentralised voting the cleanest experience. I don’t think there is a β€œbest”. It really depends on the community and IMO can be binned into on-chain/off-chain. Each have their own tradeoffs.
