pokémon

I currently have Pokemon Lets go pikachu, I've compeleted it, and just have the end game to do.  Looking at getting another pokemon game.  What's the consensus on Sword and shield?

I enjoyed it. It was relatively simple, but I loved the region design, the Dynamax/Gigantamax mechanic and it was a good early entry into the more open-ish world style game. Scarlet & Violet were a bit rough (game performance was poor) but once I got past that, I also *really* enjoyed it a lot more than Sword & Shield.
