Users with priority mode turned on, like priority mode.

Users without the power badge, don’t like priority mode and want more visibility to users with priority mode turned on.

Making power badge more permissive, increases spam. Makes everyone unhappy (except the spammers)

I would like to see spam labels made visible.
Many users do not know they are being judged as spam.
I think that by making it visible, they will realize that they are being judged as spam and change their behavior.
how about making it so that the spam label can be removed depending on the person's correct behavior?

I have a power badge but don't want priority mode. 
Also, if non-power badge users want "everyone", shouldn't the default setting be "everyone"
Since general users are more numerous, the default settings should be more user-friendly for them.
