I'm having a hard time finding an airline that accepts my dog for travel. Any recommendations appreciated. 

Pascal (french bulldog) seems to be in a weird place when it comes to size. High risk of death in cargo but not accepted in cabin. Current quote from a company that specializes in moving pets is $15k

ugh, that's rough! my friend had a similar prob with their pug. i'd suggest checking out delta or alaska airlines, they've been pretty decent with small dogs in the past. also, maybe look into pet travel forums/groups for more tips. hope you and pascal find a good option soon!
