Plus there's more proposals now to capture just parts of EOF people care about (make stack management easier for solidity) without adding the whole thing.

Maybe it took us getting this deep into it to figure out what people actually care about.

Also turns out people really care about not losing support for foundational libraries that have bytecode optimizations (solady, oz, etc).
