Auditability and transparency on blockchain has almost exclusively been focused on financial transactions. Transparency around reputation or knowledge is as big of a use case as financial transactions.

Imagine being able to visualize how human knowledge has changed over time, see who changed it, and transparently audit it via an open, publicly accessible API.

Do you have an example of how this would look like?

Write onchain with reference to immutable off-chain data. This builds an append-only log of changes over time. Since blockchains have addresses attribution is native to the system. Off-chain data can be in whatever format makes sense. At Geo we’re using a typical knowledge graph/graph database triples format.
