What is now still missing is a customer support that doesn't lock Coinbase accounts for obscure reasons without recourse.

If you want people to trust and depend on your business, and if you want people to live their financial lives onchain, then you have to be dependable. And it is a complete showstopper if there are people out there not being able to get money in and out of crypto for 6 months because your customer service is often incapable of resolving even the smallest issues efficiently.

The helplessness that you subject your customers to sometimes is shocking to me and I am already dreading the day when it hits me too. And with that dynamic you push people to the edges because we all need backup plans on shady exchanges.
