Does anyone know of or belong to good and active dev communities? Every Web3-related and somewhat active community I've found usually ends up being a place for promotional talks from dev rels, which I feel negatively impacts the quality of the community and discourages activity from others. I’m curious if there are any dev communities (not only web3) that people genuinely enjoy being part of and contributing to
