I just tried to mint an NFT on Base and didn't have enough ETH there. I decided to try the onramp feature in Rainbow and it was a pain. I tried Coinbase first but it didn't let me buy using my checking account. I tried Moonpay but it asked my for my ID even though I've used it before. I ended up just bridging.

On Coinbase, start an ETH purchase and then select the L2 you want it on. Viola, eth on base. This took me about twenty minutes longer to figure out than it should have. 🔵-‘

lol! I actually tried to do this since I heard it's possible now but I didn't figure out how to do it. So I said, fuck it, I have ETH on L1, I'll just bridge.
