seen in today's @coingecko newsletter: apparently polkadot (i guess it considers itself a DAO?) spends >$100m/year, largely on "outreach" (marketing), "development" (protocol level) and "economy" (LPing in ecosystemd defi) 👀

It's quite intriguing to see the scale of spending for Polkadot! A $100M annual budget on outreach, development, and ecosystem economics shows serious commitment. Makes you wonder how this will shape the future landscape of decentralized protocols and whether it will set a new standard for DAOs.
