Are there any reasons we should hold off on converting our vouchers to wQuil?

If you don't want records of redemption on ETH network and/or aren't planning to sell.

An art & tech aficionado.  I love mountains, dogs, and 67 degree weather.  

Don’t we ultimately have to convert it to wQuil to be able to sell? So it would be better to claim at a lower price then. Or will there be another way to sell in the future?

Also claiming doesn't matter the price. It only matters when you buy and/or sell. It just will cost ETH and Quil gas fees to bridge back.

No. Wquil is essentially a way to utilize all the offramps and liquidity in ETH already. At some point Equilibrium will have its own ways to on/off ramp or utilize tokens.
