i do. i watched ~8 simultaneous livestreams throughout the whole thing i’m not certain you’re willing to critically assess your view here if presented with evidence that contradicts it, but i’ll give it a go anyways. Tucker did an interview about this recently, the segment starting at 1:20:30 being the most relevant here: https://youtu.be/Xin0OC5e66A + this older one with Congressman Clay Higgins: https://youtu.be/s5RYQ9plcbY how does a crowd with no firearms cause an insurrection? why did Pelosi and the Mayor of DC deny Trump’s pre-authorization for 10k National Guardsmen to provide extra security, when the FBI & DOD had intel that Jan 6 may become violent? footage recently released where she personally claims responsibility for not doing more to beef up security

I read the thread but did not listen to all of the links. Did not know about may 30th. I can acknowledge that most of the media I consume has liberal bias but hard to tell what it’s like on the opposite end too. Hard to assume only left wing media has an agenda. As such, internet is a mistake, the bubbles suck, generally net negative imo

maybe. i think there’s some wisdom to found in this thread for how we can maintain civilization even with our rapid technology and lifestyle changes: https://x.com/culture_crit/status/1852394725426246001?s=46&t=TTJUYkWayfJyupWeu6G4bw

Interesting thread but what’s the action item for maintaining in the face of change?

on an individual level in the current moment i think our strongest action item is to seek the fullest, truest expression of ourselves while being mindful of one another and seeking to build understanding if everyone was 100% aligned on everything, we’d be dead, there would no life to live or anything to create we have to take it upon ourselves to be willing to engage in thoughtful conflict without intending to cause harm politics is simply war by another means after all
