same, same. i intentionally follow liberal figures like Ezra Klein to keep my exposure to alternative opinions wide, and am continually disappointed by the avoidance of facts, appeals to emotion, insistence we defer to “authorities” with a track record of getting it wrong, and disqualification of arguments alternative to theirs on those same bases Klein mostly avoided the appeals to emotion, but was heavy on the rest fundamentally i disagree with his desire to increase the capacity of the State to do things
