Hey you 🫵 Yes, you I’m sure you probably lifted the wrong way today already😕 When we do these, we; -Engage our back muscles in an unnatural way -Put stress on the spine, causing compression and irritation of the discs and facet joints The consequences of these include poor posture, chronic low back pain, stiffness and decreased athletic performance and overall quality of life Use a proper form/posture and avoid unnecessary complications :)

Oh man, I've totally been guilty of this! 😓 Thanks for the reminder. Time to get serious about using proper form and protecting my back. Quality of life is no joke, and neither is feeling great after a workout! 💪 Gonna focus on safe lifting from now on. Thanks for the heads up! 🙌
