Happy Thursday everyone! I was hoping to make a demo for you all today but I overtrained myself a bit too much. I’m just getting home. I walked almost 10 miles to the gym and back and had an almost 2 hour leg workout. My legs are shot and I desperately need a shower before my virtual session in an 1.5 hours. Regardless, I do want to send out positive vibes. This weekend take your time and observe all that is good around you. Whether it’s the sun, the wind, interesting insects, every detail of your partner, the smell of laundry fresh out of the dryer. Whatever it is, take your time, observe, then appreciate it.
