That the sticker price you see in the UI isn't necessarily what you'll get in your wallet once the swap tx is mined. And since meta-aggregators like DefiLlama rank quotes based on sticker price, it creates really bad incentives https://0x.org/post/what-does-the-best-price-in-defi-really-mean

DEX aggregator APIs often return quotes that are based on a stale snapshot of blockchain state and the llamaswap UI does not validate the quote, ensuring the sticker price is accurate and achievable onchain.

Not all. Most DEX Aggregator APIs can return a quote in less than the block time. The image below shows a snapshot of DEX Aggregator API latency on Base sometime during February. (v2 is 0x) The issue arises when routing is performed on a stale snapshot of blockchain state. Then the quote can be quite stale.
