I went to Emirates in April when they played Leeds. I knew it could be risky but bought tickets on Stubhub International https://www.stubhub.ie and it all worked out fine (i.e. tickets were real). 10/10 experience!

As far as Domestic leagues, I follow EPL and La Liga. But then all of the International matches.. Euro, WC qualifying, Champions League, sometimes Europa League.

Best app for keeping track of all the matches? I use an app called Live Soccer TV (I’m in the states).. it’s adequate but maybe there’s a better one you use?

I tore my rotator cuff and go for surgery next week, followed by months of recovery. I’m pretty discouraged and will have to find creative ways to get motivated and stay active.

What Mac said.. for the specific muscle groups (quads, glutes) you will build strength with the smith machine. Squatting with free weights, your abs and lower back engage to stabilize, your arms and shoulders engage to balance the bar. That said, smith machine is a lot safer without proper form.
