‘True’ AA, might not have been the right words, but iirc it is the first AA proposal. 3074 is on protocol level so requires core dev. It delegates control, and a nicer path to get rid of EOAs 4337, as an app standard, doesn’t require a protocol change, but are basically SC wallets and relayers (Argent/Biconomy)

True, there is a lot of meta txn enabling stuff in there, erc20 gas payments and such. P.S. EOAs delegating control to contracts SOUNDS scary tbh xD
