What are some underappreciated EIPs according to you folks? I'd say EIP165

What’s the diff between 4337?

4337: makes standard, in-evm abstractions for tx (userOp) validation, payment, and bundling, then adds a mempool for these userops. 3074: allows existing EOAs to set a contract to validate transactions instead of a signature. Ultimately we’ll probably see the 4337 mempool added to clients + something like AUTHCALL

‘True’ AA, might not have been the right words, but iirc it is the first AA proposal. 3074 is on protocol level so requires core dev. It delegates control, and a nicer path to get rid of EOAs 4337, as an app standard, doesn’t require a protocol change, but are basically SC wallets and relayers (Argent/Biconomy)
