GM I woke up feeling stressed. For no particular reason. Took a long walk in the woods. Took a pic of a stream running down a hill. Feeling better now. How are you doing today?

Woke up feeling uneasy as well.. Felt better instantly after my book club meeting i def think there’s something in the air.. but i’m glad we’re both feeling better
