America, a man just left your land because he lost faith in your justice system, because you refused to give justice to a guest. This used to be a matter of shame for nations. I see America is not super power, just a weak country with a lot of guns afraid of students.

When a person goes to a country they hand over their bodies and their lives to the political systems in that country and make themselves subject to its laws.
This can only be done with an expectation that if there is ever an issue or a dispute, that law will provide them justice and will be fair. 
It is a very low country and politics that refuses to honor this basic understanding between humans, that violates its own laws and values and doesn't think of outsiders as worthy of justice. 
A country that does that is not a part of any "civilization".
