Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

I now give myself 3 days between push day and pull day because I was feeling that same type of exhaustion. Lifts are a lot stronger now.

Ah so every time you do a gym sesh you give it your all? I often go to fatigue but not anywhere near where I need 3 days of rest to recover, although 2 days is like a sweet spot for me

On my last sets for each exercise I'm usually going all out. But to be fair leg day is in between push and pull day, so the central nervous system is getting pretty taxed instead of recovering.
