Devs, am I wrong in assuming that the IDRegistry is paused? Been trying to rest out the `register` function for setting the recovery address as part of Farcaster Kit's auth flow and keep getting this error in my own code/using flink/using the corresponding module in @woj.eth's `farcaster-signup-demo` repo
